While tattoos are generally considered permanent, it is now possible to remove them with treatments, fully or partially. The "standard modality for tattoo removal" is the non-invasive removal of tattoo pigments using  laser or saline solution

TWO METHODS OF TRAINING  of ink removal will be taught: laser and manual 

Picosecond laser is a laser which emits optical pulses with a duration between 1 ps and (usually) some tens of picoseconds. It thus also belongs to the category of ultrafast lasers or ultrashort pulse lasers.

saline removal is a process by which we penetrate the skin with a saline solution to break up the tattoo pigment and pull it out of the skin. The procedure is similar to tattooing or microblading but instead of injecting ink underneath the skin, we’re doing the reverse, which is pulling it out.
